We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (3–6 PQE) into its highly regarded London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading, sector-focused team known for advising on some of the most complex and innovative development projects in the UK and internationally. The team combines deep industry expertise with a highly commercial, practical approach, working closely with clients across the full project lifecycle.

You will work on a broad range of high-quality matters, including:

  • Advising on the structuring, negotiation and delivery of construction and development projects
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (including JCT), appointments and warranties
  • Supporting major real estate and development transactions with construction due diligence
  • Advising on building safety regulations and evolving legislative frameworks
  • Working on complex, cross-border and ESG-driven projects, including data centres and large-scale regeneration schemes

You will join a collaborative, internationally integrated team advising developers, funders, investors and contractors on high-value, technically complex projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, mixed-use and digital infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 PQE with strong non-contentious construction experience
