We are working with a number of leading UK and international law firms looking to expand their Employment Incentives teams in London. These roles offer the opportunity to advise major listed companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and global businesses on a broad mix of transactional and standalone advisory matters relating to executive remuneration and employee incentives.
Lawyers in these teams work closely with corporate, tax, employment, and regulatory specialists on high-profile domestic and cross-border matters. Key areas of work include:
- Advising on the impact of mergers, takeovers, disposals, IPOs, restructurings, financings, and capital raisings on employee incentive arrangements
- Designing and implementing remuneration and equity-based incentive plans
- Supporting the management and operation of global incentive programmes
- Advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters
