The team is recognised for advising on sophisticated, high-value disputes involving private capital, often with a cross-border dimension.

Work is often international in nature, with a notable focus on matters involving multiple jurisdictions, including a strong flow of instructions connected to Asia, as well as longstanding relationships with prominent domestic families. The team also has experience handling disputes involving tax-related issues across borders.

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of contentious private wealth matters, with responsibilities including:
