Role: Senior Legal Counsel – Real Estate Finance

Client: Tier 1 Private Credit Fund

Location: London, UK

Our Client, a rapidly growing tier 1 private credit business, is looking for a strong, 4-10 PQE Real Estate Finance transactional counsel to join their London team.

In response to strong performance and fundraising efforts, the team requires a well-rounded Private Credit Real Estate finance counsel to take on a broad transactional pan-European remit.

The right candidate will have a demonstrably strong track record in asset backed financing for real estate transactions.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years PQE with a strong private practice background
• Minimum good secondment within a Tier 1 private credit or private equity real estate business – demonstrable buyside in-house track record highly desirable
• Strong academic track record through undergraduate and post graduate studies
• Strong track record in real estate finance transactions – mandatory
• Major European language (French/German/Spanish) highly desirable
• Must be curious, ambitious and collegiate
• Must be an England & Wales qualified solicitor
