We’re working with top-tier international law firms in London looking to hire 1–7 PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitors. These roles offer the chance to work on some of the most high-profile and complex transactions in the market, acting for leading banks, debt funds, and institutional investors.
What you can expect:
- Supporting and progressively leading large-value financings from origination through to documentation and closing
- Structuring complex, multi-layered transactions including senior/mezzanine debt, intercreditor arrangements, and cross-border security packages
- Advising on major real estate assets and development schemes across sectors such as student housing, hospitality, and prime London offices
- Exposure to high-profile acquisitions and redevelopment of landmark assets
- Working closely with investment funds, debt funds, and banks on bespoke fund finance structures, including subscription/NAV facilities and master-feeder arrangements
