An elite US law firm in London is seeking an Australian-qualified associate (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded project development and infrastructure team in London. The team is recognised for advising on large-scale, complex and cross-border energy and infrastructure projects, acting for a broad client base including sponsors, lenders and developers. Their work spans the full project lifecycle, from early-stage development and structuring through to financing, execution and delivery, often on some of the most high-profile and technically challenging transactions in the market.
