Our client, a Magic Circle law firm, is seeking a Private Funds Associate to join its high-performing London team. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex mandates within a globally integrated practice, advising leading fund managers across a range of private capital strategies. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of fund formation mandates, from initial structuring through to closings and ongoing operations. The role includes working with cross-border teams, providing regulatory and commercial input, and supporting clients on a broad range of advisory matters related to private investment funds and related vehicles. There is also regular involvement in secondaries, fund restructurings, and mandates for institutional investors.
