We’re working with a leading international law firm looking to hire a 1–4 PQE Solicitor to join its Transport, Insurance & Global Disputes (TIG) team in London. This is a standout opportunity to join a highly regarded practice with a broad, genuinely international disputes portfolio across shipping, trade, insurance, and offshore sectors.
- Shipping and maritime disputes, including charterparties, bills of lading, and cargo claims across dry and wet shipping
- Marine insurance and reinsurance disputes, acting for insurers, reinsurers, and P&I Clubs
- Casualty response and crisis management, including fires, sinkings, salvage operations, and wreck removals
- Offshore, energy, and shipbuilding disputes, including EPC and construction-related claims
- Logistics and supply chain disputes involving freight forwarders, warehouse operators, and cargo interests
- Commercial litigation and arbitration, including High Court work and international arbitration (LMAA, LCIA)
- Aviation and asset finance disputes involving aircraft, lessors, and financiers
- Yacht and superyacht disputes across construction, sale, management, and operation
1–4 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales. Experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, and/or shipping/insurance/trade disputes preferred. Strong academic background and excellent technical skills.
