An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a junior Restructuring Solicitor to join a top-tier international restructuring practice in London. This highly regarded team advises companies, boards, sponsors, creditors, investors and other stakeholders on complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, with a particular focus on high-value, sophisticated in- and out-of-court transactions. The practice is also recognised for its expertise in special situations, structured private capital transactions and insolvency-related disputes. The successful candidate will gain exposure to some of the most high-profile and strategically significant restructuring matters in the market, working closely with leading teams across M&A, Private Equity, Finance, Capital Markets and Disputes on truly international mandates.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ PQE gained within a leading restructuring, finance or insolvency practice
  • Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
  • Experience advising on restructuring and insolvency matters within a comparable environment
  • Excellent academic background
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work on complex cross-border matters
  • Proactive, driven and capable of taking on a high degree of responsibility early on
