A leading US law firm is seeking a talented Restructuring and Insolvency Associate to join its highly regarded London practice. The team is recognised for advising on some of the most complex and high-profile restructuring and insolvency mandates in the market.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cross-border, multi-stakeholder matters for top-tier clients including private equity sponsors, family offices, lenders, and boards of directors within a close-knit, high-calibre team at one of the most respected firms in the City.
Responsibilities- Advise clients on a range of restructuring matters, including insolvency procedures, restructuring plans and cross-border issues.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and strategic partnership.
- Apply commercial instincts and legal knowledge to creatively anticipate and meet client needs.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Restructuring practice.
- Engage in business development and marketing activities to support the team's growth.
- Continuously develop your legal skills and knowledge through training and mentoring opportunities.
- England & Wales Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience from a highly ranked international practice or team.
- Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and experience in restructuring plans and cross-border matters.
- Confident in interacting with clients and proactively developing business.
- Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
