Our client, a prominent US firm, is looking to meet with junior associates with an interest in or experience with Restructuring & Insolvency, who have either already qualified and have less than 3 years of post-qualified experience or are due to qualify in August/September 2026.
This team regularly advises on high-value, complex and often cross-border restructuring mandates, acting for a broad range of stakeholders including corporates, boards, sponsors, creditors, creditor groups, investors, acquirers and insolvency officeholders. They are particularly active across financial restructurings, liability management transactions, distressed M&A, insolvency-related disputes, schemes and restructuring plans, special situations and structured private capital matters.
