The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring regulatory developments across UK and European markets and supporting compliance processes. Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting UK and European operations.
- Liaise regularly with Compliance Advisory teams across Europe and APAC to stay current on lessons learned.
- Prepare and distribute regulatory updates for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct initial assessments of compliance-related regulatory changes.
- Support impact assessments per the Regulatory Developments team's process.
- Maintain records tracking regulatory change status with Compliance Advisory.
- Deliver clear, tailored presentations on regulatory developments and impacts.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of regulatory experience within asset management, investment banking or wealth management sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships across all organisational levels.
- Experience working within or supporting Compliance functions.
- Knowledgeable in managing regulatory change through analysis, advisory or project roles.
