The team advises major private equity houses and financial sponsors on a broad range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-outs, carve-outs, consortium deals, minority investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and public and private M&A.

Associates benefit from exposure to some of the market’s most complex and high-profile transactions, while also gaining early responsibility on smaller deals.
