Our Client, a leading wealth & asset manager, is looking for an ambitious and experienced paralegal to join their London based Legal team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage legal escalations and coordinate resolution across legal and business stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of specialised legal services and maintain key legal documentation and records.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives, including document management and workflow optimisation.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across risk, compliance, finance, and operational functions.
- Support external legal adviser engagement and contribute to the development of robust legal processes and governance.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting legal professionals and managing legal matters within a regulated financial services environment. Tier 1 Asset Management or Wealth Management exposure highly desirable - in-house or in a ranked Legal practice.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate risks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality stakeholder service.
