Own global employment mandate and work with CPO, CHRO and General Counsel to build a robust and resilient global employment legal framework Support peer stakeholders to build a best-in-class Employee Relations capability Support the General Counsel and other stakeholders with new market entry and potential M&A activities Good in-house exposure or experience - secondments or permanent roles Strong track record supporting Tier 1 Financial Services and Technology clients Strong understanding of UK and US employment legal regulations - other jurisdictions desirable A strong interest in implementing legal technology and AI driven solutions
