The Role
- Operate as a true generalist and strategic advisor, owning all legal, governance, and compliance matters across the business.
- Leading on customer and supplier contracts (including MSAs).
- Supporting commercial and strategic transactions.
- Overseeing governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
- Advising on corporate, employment, and financing matters.
- Supporting infrastructure-related and operational legal issues.
- Managing external counsel.
