The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:

  • Complex employment litigation and tribunal claims
  • Strategic day-to-day employment advisory work
  • Transactional and corporate support matters
  • Senior executive exits and sensitive workplace issues
  • Restrictive covenants, employee competition and business protection matters
  • Cross-border and international employment issues

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience gained within a leading City or international firm
  • Strong experience across employment advisory, litigation and transactional support matters
  • Experience handling complex and high-value employment disputes
  • Exposure to restrictive covenant injunctions and employee competition matters would be advantageous
  • Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
