The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Complex employment litigation and tribunal claims
- Strategic day-to-day employment advisory work
- Transactional and corporate support matters
- Senior executive exits and sensitive workplace issues
- Restrictive covenants, employee competition and business protection matters
- Cross-border and international employment issues
Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years’ PQE gained within a leading City or international firm
- Strong experience across employment advisory, litigation and transactional support matters
- Experience handling complex and high-value employment disputes
- Exposure to restrictive covenant injunctions and employee competition matters would be advantageous
- Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
- Desire to work within a truly international and collaborative environment
