The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of high-profile matters, including:
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Senior executive and partnership disputes
- Restrictive covenant and team move disputes
- Whistleblowing, discrimination and workplace investigations
- Outsourcing, restructuring and workforce transformation projects
- Employment support on corporate transactions
- Sensitive exits, reputational issues and internal investigations
- Multi-jurisdictional employment compliance and strategic HR advisory work
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–6 years’ PQE gained within a leading City or international Employment practice
