An elite US law firm is seeking to expand its Corporate Real Estate team. The team is in growth mode and are interested to see profiles of both current Associates (approximately 1-6 PQE) and trainees qualifying in March 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to work on sophisticated transactions for major international investors, sponsors and other institutional clients.
Rather than focusing on traditional property work, the role sits at the intersection of corporate, private equity and real estate, with associates gaining exposure to complex investment structures, joint ventures and transactions involving substantial real estate assets and platforms.
The work will include:
- Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
- Acquisitions and disposals of real estate businesses, assets and holding structures
- Complex M&A transactions with significant real estate components
- Capital solutions and investment structures
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Working closely with colleagues across Private Equity, Finance, Tax and Real Estate on integrated transactions
The successful associate will work closely with partners and benefit from significant responsibility and client exposure, alongside the opportunity to work on high-value and often headline transactions.
This could suit an associate currently practising in corporate real estate, real estate private equity, real estate M&A or sophisticated transactional real estate seeking exposure to complex corporate and investment-driven work.
