I’m working with a well-regarded international corporate practice looking to add a mid-level associate to its Corporate M&A team in London. This opportunity would suit a lawyer with strong generalist M&A experience who enjoys working across the full deal lifecycle on both domestic and cross-border transactions, within a collaborative and well-supported team.
The role involves a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- public and private M&A
- share and asset sales
- joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- general corporate advisory work
You can expect to:
- advise on transactions from early-stage structuring through to completion
- run and coordinate due diligence and disclosure exercises
- draft and negotiate key transaction documents
- work closely with clients and colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters
