Our client is a market-leading, UK headquartered international law firm with a highly regarded Commercial Real Estate practice in London and a strong reputation for their culture. The team continues to see strong growth, driven by a consistent flow of high-value, complex and often cross-border real estate transactions, and is looking to hire multiple Commercial Real Estate Associates to support its expanding practice. The practice advises a broad client base including institutional investors, funds, developers, corporates and lenders, and is regularly instructed on market-shaping transactions across the commercial real estate lifecycle. The Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Associate, you will:
- Advise on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development projects and asset management work
- Act for a diverse client base across investment, development and occupier matters
- Draft and negotiate key real estate documentation and support (and increasingly lead) complex matters
- Work closely with partners and clients on high-value, strategic transactions, with meaningful client contact and responsibility

Your Profile
Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) in England & Wales between 0.5-5PQE
Experience in commercial real estate, gained at a recognised City, national or international firm
Exposure to high-value and complex property transactions
Strong drafting, technical and commercial skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
