A leading Silver Circle firm is looking to hire a talented Private Equity Associate (3–8 PQE) to join its high-performing London team. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit and well-regarded practice advising a strong roster of sponsors including global private equity houses and infrastructure investors. The team works across the full investment lifecycle, with a particular focus on mid-market and upper mid-market private M&A transactions.
The Role
- You will work on a broad range of sponsor-side transactions including buyouts, minority investments, bolt-ons and exits.
- The team is particularly active on complex, cross-border deals, often advising both sponsors and management teams.
