This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, cross-border financing structures for top-tier clients, including banks, debt funds and private equity sponsors. The team is renowned for advising on leveraged buyouts, refinancings and direct lending transactions for global private equity clients. You will gain unparalleled exposure to cross-border dealmaking, often coordinating English and New York law elements, and working directly with high-profile sponsors such as Advent, Bain, KKR, EQT and Permira. \Advise leading private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on leveraged buyouts, take-privates, refinancings, and recapitalisations. \Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for senior, subordinated, unitranche, and high-yield debt facilities. \Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams (private equity, capital markets, restructuring) to deliver fully integrated advice. \Maintain strong relationships with sponsor clients and lenders, providing strategic, business-focused guidance on financing flexibility and risk management. \2–8 years’ PQE gained within a leading international or US law firm. \Strong experience in leveraged finance, with exposure to private credit, sponsor-led buyouts, public bids and refinancings. \
