Our client, a leading international law firm with a tier 1 ranked real estate practice, is seeking to hire a Corporate Real Estate Associate to join its London office. The team advises a broad range of institutional investors, developers, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth investors, listed REITs, and pensions fund investors on complex real estate transactions, often as part of wider corporate and financing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to join a collaborative and well-established team offering high-quality work, strong client exposure, and genuine long-term progression prospects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advising on the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings
- Managing property due diligence processes and reporting on key real estate risks
- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents, including sale agreements, leases, and ancillary documentation
- Supporting on portfolio transactions, development projects, and asset management matters
- Liaising directly with clients, counterparties, and external advisors
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across corporate, finance, and construction teams
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified solicitor (mandatory)
- 3–4 years’ PQE with strong real estate transactional experience
- Experience handling corporate occupier, investment, or transactional real estate matters at a recognised law firm
- Strong technical drafting and organisational skills
- Commercially aware, proactive, and confident managing client relationships
- Able to work effectively within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
