Listed Funds Associate (London Area)

Our Client

Our client, a tier 1 ranked law firm , is seeking a Listed Funds Associate to join its market-leading funds team in London. The team has a strong reputation for advising on listed and regulated fund structures and works with a broad range of leading asset managers and financial institutions.

The role offers exposure to innovative fund launches, early responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to the development of junior team members, all within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Role

You will work on the full lifecycle of listed and regulated funds, advising both domestic and international clients on transactional and advisory matters. This includes working on new fund launches, ongoing governance and structuring issues, and engaging with regulators and exchanges where required. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across tax, regulatory, and corporate to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE , ideally with experience in listed or regulated funds.
• Strong drafting, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the fund lifecycle, relevant regulatory frameworks, and tax considerations.
• Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for working on technically complex matters.
• Strong academic background and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
