A leading international law firm are looking to hire a talented mid to senior associate into their IP licensing team. The team is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers as well as by international IP directories. In this role, you will advise on domestic and cross-border advisory, transactional, and contentious matters. The team has expertise in both hard and soft IP rights and strong experience catering to clients in the tech, life sciences, and consumer/retail brand sectors.

The ideal candidate will be UK, Irish, Australian, or NZ-qualified and have three or more years' post-qualification experience negotiating and drafting IP licences, R&D, collaboration, and partnering agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and advising on the IP aspects of M&A deals and other investments.
