A high-growth, institutionally backed AI infrastructure platform is seeking its first senior legal leader to build and lead the legal function from the ground up. The Role
- You will operate as a true generalist and strategic advisor, owning all legal, governance, and compliance matters across the business.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Leading on customer and supplier contracts (including MSAs)
- Supporting commercial and strategic transactions
- Overseeing governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
- Advising on corporate, employment, and financing matters
- Supporting infrastructure-related and operational legal issues
- Managing external counsel
