A premier US law firm with a globally recognised private capital offering is looking to appoint a Senior Fund Finance Associate (6+ PQE) to its high-performing London team.
This firm has one of the deepest benches in fund finance globally, with a standout reputation across subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid deals, GP support lines, and preferred equity structures.
The London office continues to experience strong client demand, advising banks, credit funds, and fund sponsors on the full spectrum of fund finance transactions, often as part of cross-border mandates involving New York and other global offices.
This is a key strategic hire to help drive the continued growth of the London platform.
