I’m working with a well-established banking and finance practice looking to strengthen its Fund Finance capability. This opportunity would suit associates with experience in fund finance transactions who are keen to focus on a technical, specialist practice, with exposure to both fund-level structures and the underlying finance arrangements.
The role
- You’ll advise on a range of fund finance matters, including:
- subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities
- GP, co-investment and related fund-level financings
- drafting and negotiating finance documentation and security packages
- working closely with funds, tax and other transactional colleagues on complex structures
This role offers exposure to a broad mix of lenders and fund sponsors, as well as insight into how fund structures and financing arrangements interact in practice.
About you
- England & Wales Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
- Experience in fund finance or a closely related leveraged / structured finance practice
- Exposure to fund structures and fund documentation is beneficial
- Background at a City, international or strong regional firm
- Technically strong and keen to deepen expertise in fund finance
