The Employment and Pensions markets are busy, and we’re currently working with a number of well-recognised UK, international and US firms looking to grow their London teams.
We’re keen to speak with lawyers at 2+ PQE across
- Employment
- Contentious and advisory employment matters
- Transactional employment, including M&A, PE and restructurings
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Cross-border and international matters
- Senior executive, investigations and regulatory-related work
Employment requirements
- 2+ PQE and
- England & Wales qualified
- Strong employment experience from a recognised UK practice
- Substantial transactional employment experience is key, particularly on complex M&A, PE and restructuring matters
- Cross-border / international experience is highly desirable for a number of opportunities
- Pensions
- Contentious and/or non-contentious pensions
- Risk transfer, buy-ins and buyouts
- Corporate transactions, restructurings and scheme wind-ups
- PPF, insolvency and scheme rescue matters
- Pensions litigation and professional negligence claims
Pensions requirements
- 2+ PQE and England & Wales qualified
- Strong contentious and/or non-contentious pensions experience from a recognised UK practice
- Experience across areas such as risk transfer, corporate pensions, restructuring, insolvency or pensions disputes, depending on the role
