An elite international law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its leading Dispute Resolution team in London. This position offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-value disputes in the market, spanning both litigation and international arbitration.
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of contentious matters, including:
- Complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation before the English courts
- International commercial and investment treaty arbitrations
- Advising on strategic dispute management and risk mitigation for global clients
- Working with cross-border teams on high-profile matters across multiple industries, including financial services, energy, infrastructure, and technology
About You:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and/or international arbitration
- Experience gained at a leading disputes practice or a major international law firm
- Strong understanding of procedural and substantive aspects of English litigation and arbitral rules (e.g. LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL)
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Team-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable managing complex workloads in a fast-paced environment
