Corporate M&A Associate – London (4–7 PQE)
I’m working with a well-regarded international corporate practice looking to add a mid-level associate to its Corporate M&A team in London.
This opportunity would suit a lawyer with strong generalist M&A experience who enjoys working across the full deal lifecycle on both domestic and cross-border transactions, within a collaborative and well-supported team.
The role
You’ll be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- public and private M&A
- share and asset sales
- joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- general corporate advisory work
You can expect to:
- advise on transactions from early-stage structuring through to completion
- run and coordinate due diligence and disclosure exercises
- draft and negotiate key transaction documents
- work closely with clients and colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters
The role offers meaningful responsibility, regular client exposure, and the opportunity to work with colleagues across different jurisdictions as part of an integrated international platform.
About you
- English Qualified solicitor with 4–7 years’ PQE
- Experience in a generalist corporate M&A role
- Comfortable running workstreams and managing multiple matters concurrently
- Background at a City, international or strong corporate-focused firm
- Commercial, pragmatic and confident working directly with clients
