Corporate M&A Associate – London (4–7 PQE)

I’m working with a well-regarded international corporate practice looking to add a mid-level associate to its Corporate M&A team in London.

This opportunity would suit a lawyer with strong generalist M&A experience who enjoys working across the full deal lifecycle on both domestic and cross-border transactions, within a collaborative and well-supported team.

The role

You’ll be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • public and private M&A
  • share and asset sales
  • joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
  • general corporate advisory work

You can expect to:

  • advise on transactions from early-stage structuring through to completion
  • run and coordinate due diligence and disclosure exercises
  • draft and negotiate key transaction documents
  • work closely with clients and colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters

The role offers meaningful responsibility, regular client exposure, and the opportunity to work with colleagues across different jurisdictions as part of an integrated international platform.

About you

  • English Qualified solicitor with 4–7 years’ PQE
  • Experience in a generalist corporate M&A role
  • Comfortable running workstreams and managing multiple matters concurrently
  • Background at a City, international or strong corporate-focused firm
  • Commercial, pragmatic and confident working directly with clients
