You’ll work with a collaborative, experienced team on cross-border deals throughout Europe, covering a broad range of transactions, including buyouts, carve-outs, add-ons, public-to-privates, joint ventures, minority stakes, structured and growth equity arrangements, and special situations.

The team also provides advice on senior executive matters, management incentive plans, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise on and manage complex corporate transactions for life sciences clients, including private equity and venture-backed companies.
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute a broad range of deals across the technology, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
  • Support cross-border transactions and collaborate with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on management incentive plans, governance matters, and strategic investments.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
  • Work closely with partners to support growth initiatives and complex deal execution.

What you’ll bring

  • Corporate experience, ideally with exposure to life sciences, healthcare, or technology transactions.
  • Experience advising on private equity, venture capital, and growth-stage company deals.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical, commercial judgment.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused approach.

Why join

You’ll join a global, high-performing Life Sciences team with a strong track record in complex, cross-border corporate transactions. Partners are known for their mentorship, hands-on approach, and client-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Life Sciences Lawyer position at this leading global law firm in London would be a mid-level associate (2–6 years PQE) with strong corporate transactional experience, particularly in the life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors. They should have a solid track record advising on private equity, venture capital, and growth-stage company deals, and possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
