Our Client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its London office. The team advises on high-profile cross-border M&A transactions and other complex corporate matters for a global client base. The Role: You will work on a broad range of international corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, venture capital, private equity, and equity capital markets work.
