My client is a leading UK law firm and highly ranked in UK legal directories. The firm advises clients in the UK and internationally across complex and high-value matters. Real Estate is one of the firm's core areas and the team comprises over 100 Lawyers.

The firm offers a truly excellent work-life balance and hybrid working in combination with excellent quality and diverse work. As such it is an attractive proposition and attracts talent from its prestige competitors seeking a more manageable environment without compromising on work quality. It is also well known for promoting 'from within'. Clients include institutional investors, property companies, developers, landlords, occupiers, estates, charities, high net worth individuals and overseas buyers.

The work in the team includes all types of Real Estate matters:

  • Transactional - Acquisitions & Disposals: Buying and selling commercial and residential assets.
  • Investment & Development: Advising investors, developers and funds on high-value deals and complex schemes.
  • Corporate & Joint Ventures: Structuring property transactions within corporate deals and partnerships.

Residential - They advise on high-value London and UK residential transactions, financings, lease extensions, landlord/tenant matters, mixed-use buildings, and heritage asset deals. Services include:

  • Purchases, sales, and mortgages
  • Leasehold enfranchisement and extensions
  • Development structuring
  • Mixed use and off-plan transactions

It is now seeking to hire a talented Associate with at least 2 years' PQE. You will enjoy proximity to clients, a supportive environment in which to work alongside talented colleagues. You will be working in another 'ranked' Real Estate team.
