We are working with a leading international law firm to hire a talented Employment Solicitor (2–4 PQE) to join its growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a partner-led, collaborative team, offering excellent exposure and real responsibility from day one.
The Opportunity
You will advise on a broad mix of contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters, often with an international element. The role also offers the chance to work closely with corporate and regulatory teams, contributing to complex, cross-border matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters
- Advise employers and senior executives on tribunal claims, High Court litigation and disputes
- Support corporate transactions on employment-related issues
- Collaborate with regulatory teams on crossover matters
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
- Support and mentor junior team members
About You
- 2–4 PQE with strong employment law experience
- Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
- Experience (or interest) in cross-border matters
- A team player with a proactive and hands-on attitude
