My client is a globally recognised and market leading US elite law firm. It has approximately 20 offices globally and a big focus for the firm is collaboration, culture and inclusivity.
Due to growth in volume of work in London, it is seeking a Counsel to join its Corporate Practice. The work will involve high value, complex corporate transactions for sponsor side clients and in particular for those in the energy and financial services sector.
You will have at least 6 years' PQE and be qualified in England and Wales. To be considered for this Counsel role you will have demonstrable experience in mentoring and supporting trainees and juniors. You will possess the personality attributes and ambition to be client facing.
You will have a strong rationale behind making a move and benefit from excellent academics, private practice law firm training and post qualification experience in corporate PE work. You will be rewarded with prestige international work as well as a collaborative environment.
