A leading London team is looking to hire a Finance Associate (3–6 PQE) to join a market-leading FinTech and Structured Finance practice, advising some of the most exciting names in the lending and digital finance space. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, genuinely client-facing role, working closely with highly regarded Partners and supporting an impressive portfolio of UK and European FinTech lenders, challenger banks, and credit funds.

The Work

  • Structuring and documenting consumer and SME credit products
  • Drafting corporate and consumer lending documentation and security packages
  • Advising on regulatory and commercial structuring for lending platforms
  • Structuring and documenting warehouse facilities (LMA-based)
  • Supporting private securitisations and wholesale funding arrangements
  • Working on debt issuances and funding lines for platforms

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE gained in a recognised Banking & Finance, Structured Finance, DCM, Real Estate Finance or Asset Finance team. You will have strong technical drafting skills, experience working on financing transactions and the confidence to engage directly with clients. An interest in FinTech and the evolving financial services landscape is essential. Candidates should be commercially minded, proactive and keen to broaden their expertise across both product and funding structures within a fast-evolving, technology-driven market.
