Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is expanding its Finance team in London and is looking for a mid-to-senior associate. The practice covers Real Estate Finance, Fund Finance and Leveraged Finance and is actively growing across all areas. They are particularly keen to see candidates with REF or fund finance experience, ideally with sponsor-side exposure, though strong lender-side backgrounds will also be considered.
You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a broad range of complex real estate finance transactions. You’ll be involved throughout the deal lifecycle, structuring, negotiating and managing transactions across a diverse client base, while building technical expertise and commercial judgment.
Role Overview- Advise clients across the full spectrum of Real Estate Finance, Fund Finance and Leveraged Finance transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents.
- Assist in structuring deals and managing legal and commercial complexities.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain close client contact throughout transactions, providing practical, commercially focused advice.
