My client is an Elite US law firm with an impressive, "ranked", Partner bench. Due to organic growth it is seeking to grow its Real Estate team at Associate level. The work is complex, strategic and high value. The client portfolio is diverse, spanning institutional investors, private equity sponsors, family offices and developers.
You will gain experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including:
- Real estate joint ventures
- M & A
- Capital Solutions
- Leasing arrangements
- Mixed Use Developments
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside effective and well recognised mentors, on headline grabbing real estate transactional work, at a global US law firm.
You will have a strong academic record and trained with either a US, Silver or Magic Circle Law firm. You will be qualifying in February/March of 2026 or have up to 3 years post-qualification experience in a ranked real estate practice.
