A leading City law firm are looking to hire a generalist banking associate into its Banking & Finance team. This is a unique opportunity working for leading clients across the tech, life sciences, pharma, sport, and renewables sectors.
In this role, you will gain exposure to domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, asset finance, emerging markets, Islamic finance, project finance, REF, R&I, and venture debt deals. The team advises borrowers and financial institutions across the full spectrum of these transactions.
As you will be joining a small team with a high partner-to-associate ratio, you will have significant opportunities to take responsibility over matters and for direct client contact.
The ideal candidate will be a 3-5 PQE solicitor in England & Wales and may come from either a generalist or specialist debt finance practice. Enthusiasm to work across the full range of matters covered by the team is important and ability to manage complex transactions is essential.
