What You’ll Do

• Act as lead associate on transactions with partner support
• Draft, review, and amend complex aviation finance documentation
• Liaise with clients, providing commercially focused advice
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Contribute to business development and profile-raising initiatives

About You

• 3-6 PQE solicitor with experience in aviation finance and leasing
• Background in a firm with a strong reputation in asset finance
• Able to manage your own workload and lead transactions
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
• Collaborative and commercially minded, able to build strong relationships
