Our client’s market-leading Fund Finance practice is seeking an Associate or Supervising Associate to join their London office. The team has built a strong reputation for advising both lenders and sponsors across a broad spectrum of financing structures involving private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt, and credit funds. This opportunity offers exposure to highly complex transactions at the forefront of fund finance, while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Practice & Clients
The practice is recognised for combining technical expertise with deep market knowledge, acting for leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, and investment managers. The team is active across capital call facilities, NAV and hybrid financings, GP and co-investment structures, as well as separately managed account facilities. Its balanced representation of both borrower and lender clients ensures lawyers develop a holistic view of the market and gain experience across multiple perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate documentation across the full range of fund finance products.
- Advise sponsors, managers, and financial institutions on multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Work closely with colleagues on fund structures, partnership agreements, and credit facilities.
- Collaborate as part of a close-knit team while taking on significant client responsibility.
- Support business development and relationship-building initiatives with financial institutions and funds.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years PQE, E&W Qualified, with solid experience in fund finance matters from an international law firm.
- Strong grounding in capital call, hybrid, NAV, GP, and co-invest facilities.
- Technical strength in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
