The Role
As a tax associate, you will advise on a broad range of matters, including:
- Corporate & Private Capital: M&A, IPOs, restructurings, joint ventures, and private capital deals.
- Real Estate: Tax advice on major commercial property transactions.
- Finance & Restructuring: Equity and debt transactions, refinancing, and bespoke restructuring.
- Tax Disputes: Handling complex domestic and international tax litigation and negotiations.
What They're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or common law jurisdiction) with corporate tax experience.
- Strong academic record, analytical skills, and clear communication.
- Collaborative, commercially aware, with an interest in complex cross-border work.
- Experience in advisory or contentious tax is welcome; a desire to build a broad practice is essential.
