I’m working with a leading international law firm looking to add a Corporate Associate to its London team.
The practice advises on a broad mix of high-quality UK and cross-border corporate transactions, offering associates exposure to sophisticated international work within a collaborative and well-established team.
The work will include:
- Private M&A, including acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments
- Public M&A and wider listed company matters
- Private equity and growth capital transactions
- Joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advisory
- Cross-border transactions involving international clients and offices
The Opportunity
The role offers the chance to join a highly international corporate practice, working closely with partners and colleagues across a global platform on complex, often multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Associates benefit from a broad corporate workload rather than being pushed into a narrow specialism, alongside strong client contact, meaningful responsibility on transactions and clear scope to continue developing at the mid-level.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years’ PQE within Corporate/M&A at a leading US/Magic/Silver/City Firm
- Strong experience across private and/or public M&A
- Comfortable working on complex, cross-border transactions
- Strong technical, drafting and client-facing skills
