A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its high-performing London team, with a strong focus on advising retail and consumer brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exciting portfolio of instantly recognisable businesses, including luxury retail, wellness, food & beverage, and hospitality and leisure brands, as well as digital platforms, marketplaces and high-growth start-ups.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial and route-to-market matters, including:

  • Franchising and supply chain arrangements
  • Warehousing, distribution and logistics agreements
  • B2B commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
  • E-commerce and direct-to-consumer models
  • Cross-border mandates with international colleagues
