Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a talented Financial Services Regulatory Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in London.

Position Overview

As a Financial Services Regulatory Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising FinTech and large technology clients on the complex regulatory landscape of the financial services sector. Your expertise will help clients navigate the implications of regulations on their innovative products and services, enabling them to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Advise FinTech and large technology clients on financial services sector regulations
• Provide guidance on crypto assets, distributed ledger technology, AI and e-commerce
• Offer regulatory advice on securities, investments, consumer finance, and banking regulations
• Stay up to date with the latest regulatory developments and their impact on clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients

Requirements

• 3+ PQE Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
• Strong experience in financial services regulation
• Excellent understanding of key regulations such as MiFID, EMIR and CRR
• Exceptional client handling and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
