Job Description
Our client, a leading international law firm with a top-tier Real Estate Finance practice, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate to join their growing team in London. The group is known for its strong lender-side offering, acting for major clearing banks, debt funds and asset managers on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
The Role
As a Mid-Level Associate, you will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a broad range of complex real estate finance transactions. You’ll be involved throughout the deal lifecycle—structuring, negotiating and managing transactions across a diverse client base, while building technical expertise and commercial judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the full spectrum of real estate finance matters, including investment and development financing.
- Support the drafting, negotiation and review of key transaction documents.
- Assist in structuring deals and navigating legal and commercial complexities.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth transaction management and delivery.
