Our client’s projects and infrastructure team offers an exciting opportunity for associates to work on some of the most significant construction and engineering disputes worldwide. The team has an outstanding track record advising on multi-jurisdictional projects and representing a diverse client base across energy, transport, and industrial sectors.
Practice & Clients
The practice regularly advises sovereign states, international developers, and contractors engaged in high-value infrastructure and energy projects. Matters typically involve disputes arising from large-scale transport, oil and gas, renewable energy, and petrochemical developments, with frequent instructions on cross-border arbitration and litigation.
Responsibilities
- Acting on international arbitration proceedings before leading institutions (ICC, LCIA, and others).
- Advising on project delivery risks and dispute management.
- Handling complex technical disputes spanning multiple industry sectors.
- Preparing detailed legal analysis and submissions in high-value cases.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and local counsel across jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales Qualified with 2-4 years\’ PQE in an International/City law firm
- Successful candidates will have strong dispute resolution experience, ideally with an interest in international projects, energy or infrastructure.
- The role requires exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills, alongside the ability to thrive in a high-performance, global-facing environment.
